Fifteen years ago when we brought you home, we couldn't possibly have imagined what an immeasurable gift we had just been given. Your quiet and loving gentleness, your extraordinary intelligence, your unwavering devotion, and the way you always seemed to know just what we needed to brighten our day were but a few parts of your sweet soul that made all who met you instantly love you. And we, as your Mom and Dad, learned so much from you, Molly, making us better human beings as we traveled life's road together. You were beyond question a rare blessing from God for which we are humbled and grateful for the privilege of having you in our lives, which you so enriched in ways too numerous to count. And though there is a deep, deep sadness and overwhelming emptiness in our hearts now, we know one day we'll see you again, racing up to meet us, your favorite stuffed toy clutched in your mouth, your ears pulled back in sheer joy that we are all together again. And you'll be welcoming us with those beautiful, expressive brown eyes that will say:
"Welcome home, Mom and Dad. I've missed you so much..........................
can we go for a walk?"

When I first saw you, you were so tiny and scared. You weren't sure about your new home, but you figured it was safe after a few days to come out. You brought such joy and happiness in my life. I knew you were there waiting for me with unconditional love. I didn't feel alone. Thank you for sharing your life with me. I miss you, my special boy, Alex. You will always have a special place in my heart.
